Lesson 18: What is the Relitix 5-year batting average metric?

The Most Accurate Way to Track Long Term Agent Success

The five-year batting average is an AI-driven metric, tracking how often agents consistently convert listings into closings over time. The five-year batting average alongside the listing effectiveness grade, provides clear insights on historical sales performance and current agent effectiveness. Here’s how it works:

The five-year batting average tracks the percentage of listings an agent has closed over the past five years, excluding the last six months.

The listing grade metric, in contrast, measures how well an agent has handled current listings over the past 3-18 months. By viewing these metrics side by side, you can quickly spot-check individual performance, see rising stars and isolate agents who would benefit from coaching.

For example, some agents have a higher listing effectiveness grade over their five-year batting average, highlighting recent improvements. These agents are trending upward. Flip it over and you have agents who are trending downward and can be flagged for follow-up and coaching. Watch the lesson below to learn how you can leverage five-year batting average alongside the listing effectiveness grade to spot improvements and downturns in agent performance.
