Viewing Historical Data on an Agent

Q:      How can I view production data for a different time range than the last 12 months?
A:      The portal only shows the last 12 months of data on agents. If your subscription includes the AgentIntel.AI portion of our tools, this can be done there in the Detailed Agent History workbook. Go into the Agent Performance portion of the portal and click on the AgentIntel.AI button, you will find tools in the Full Suite that can help you do this. You can look at a specific agent's data over time by using the Detailed Agent History tool or you can look up office rosters in the Agent Rosters workbook that will allow you to view production by any time range you set.
