Troubleshooting User Setup/Access Issues

Q:      Why can't one of my users see any data on the portal dashboard? Or why can't the user see the offices they should?

A:      This user may not have been assigned an office when they were set up. Use this guide to check their settings. 

You should also see if the user has set their dashboard up in their profile. To do so, the user should go to the icon next to your name, select edit profile. Go to the settings tab and select your Primary MLS and Primary Offices in the "Adjust Your Dashboard" area. When you hit save and go back to your dashboard, you should now see agents.
