Relitix Product Release Notes - November 2025

The November 2025 update includes a number of improvements to the portal interface, enhancements to the groups feature and important changes in the portal navigation.
1. Updated navigation:
Relitix menu navigation has been updated. Main menu selections for agent and office performance were moved to the left hand side of the portal, providing quicker access to modules and switching between tasks.
2. New group management features:
Group management has been updated. You can now create custom groups and add any agent to one or multiple groups.
3. Improvements to the agent summary tab:
The Agent Summary tab has been re-stylized to make metrics easier to review and follow. New metrics have also been added, and the General Notes and Next Contact Date have been moved to the top of this section as well. The annual agent performance chart has also been enlarged for improved readability.
4. Agent Intel.AI tab renamed AI insights:
The Intel.ai insights tab was renamed AI insights. Several data points previously located in the Summary tab have also been moved here, but the overall information remains the same.
5. General notes moved. Follow-up tab renamed alerts:
We moved General Notes and Next Contact Date to the Agent Summary tab. This makes it easier to see important agent information in one place. Because of this change, the old tab was renamed to “Alerts” to reflect the information housed there.
