Relitix - Release Notes (March 2025)
About this release
The March 2025 update includes two major enhancements: Market Watch Alerts now feature a dedicated Desktop tab, flexible MLS tracking, and the ability to edit alert areas directly from an agent’s profile. Additionally, closed transactions are now available in the Portal.
1. New "Market Watch Alert" Features:
With the March 2025 update, you’ll experience improved efficiency and control over your Market Watch Alerts, making it easier than ever to manage and track them. You now have a dedicated Market Watch tab on Desktop, the ability to edit alert areas directly from an agent’s Profile, and the flexibility to set up Market Watch for any MLS area you have access to, simplifying access and giving you more control.
2. See "Closed Transactions" in the Portal on agents:
Sold transactions are now available in the Portal, giving you up to 25 months of detailed transaction history for each agent. This feature provides valuable insights into agent performance, allows you to track activity over time, and empowers you to make more accurate, data-driven decisions.

- Enhanced agent monitoring—add Agents to your Watch List Targets directly from the alert details.

We’re excited to announce that Sold transactions are now available in the Portal, providing detailed transaction history for each agent, with data spanning up to 25 months for a comprehensive view of their performance.
See closed transactions data in action:
- Recent closing trends: We added a new tab, Recent Closings, from there you can see an agent’s closed production by month, “Trends” and compare the last closed month to the same month last year. You can view $ volume or closed # units.
- Current month production: You can also see their current month production in the bottom right corner.
- 3. Sold transaction details - You can view an agent’s Sold transaction details by going to their Details and click on the “Trends” dropdown field and select “Sales Details”
