Coaching cues are generated in two layers:
Signal layer (what’s happening)
We detect specific patterns in an agent’s business—growth trends, listing performance, pricing effectiveness, career stage, etc.
Category layer (what it means)
Those signals are grouped into high-level coaching categories to guide how to approach the agent.
Agents showing clear positive momentum or strong performance signals.
These typically include:
Breaking out of a plateau or accelerating growth
Sustained multi-year growth
Strong listing performance or high-end success
High production combined with strong pricing or execution
👉 In short: These agents are winning right now or gaining traction.
Examples of underlying signals include:
“Broke free from plateau”
“Top 20% growth”
“Strong listing effectiveness”
“High-end success”
Agents showing negative momentum, stalled growth, or performance issues.
These typically include:
Plateaued or declining production
Drop-off from prior performance levels
Weak listing effectiveness or pricing challenges
Poor outcomes on higher-end listings
👉 In short: Something is not working and likely needs intervention.
Examples of underlying signals:
“Hit plateau”
“Dropping off plateau”
“Bottom 20% growth or listing effectiveness”
“Struggles with high-end listings”
Agents with mixed or conflicting signals where the right coaching approach isn’t obvious.
These typically include:
Strong growth paired with weak pricing or listing execution
Good technical performance but low overall growth
Recently stalled momentum without clear decline
👉 In short: Worth a closer look before deciding how to coach or recruit.
Examples of underlying signals:
“High growth but poor listing effectiveness”
“Low growth but strong listing performance”
“Growth recently stopped”
Newer agents showing above-average early potential.
These are driven by a predictive model and early-career performance signals:
Rookie potential score above threshold
Early signs of strong growth or execution
“Emerging” vs. “proven” early success tiers
👉 In short: Up-and-coming agents who may be high-value long-term bets.
Examples:
“High potential rookie”
“Emerging high-potential rookie”
“Rising star (early career + strong growth)”
