Using the Relitix Tableau Functionalities 

This article overviews navigation, sharing, and downloading views in the Relitix System.

First, if you ever log in to the system and find yourself looking at a view that is different from this main screen when you open the tab, you can click on the Relitix logo at the top of the page. This will reset the view to the default setting that should be very familiar to you.

When you open any of these views, you will see various screens. In many of these tools, it will not matter which view you choose. However, in the Find Agent by Volume Trend, Detailed Agent History, Detailed Office History, and the Agent Rosters Workbook, you must always start on the first page. For the Detailed Agent History, Detailed Office History and Find Agent by Volume Trend workbooks, this page is called Select Agent/Office or find agent by volume trend. For agent rosters, the first page is called Roster by Office/Company. You need to begin with these screens in these workbooks because the settings you choose on them drives the data for the rest of the screens. 

Moving through the system views can be easily done when you note a few key features. The next part of navigating that is important to note is this bar across the top. 

It gives you a road map at all times of where you are in the system. These are clickable links that allow you to jump quickly back to the main page or any page before it.

You can save views and subscribe to filtered views on any page in any workbook of the relitix system. Read these articles to discover how.  Please note that these subscribed views will only be sent to the email address that you use to log into the system. If this is not your email address, it may not be helpful to use the subscribe tool.
