Searching for agents at a specific office

Q:       How can I find a list of agents that work for a specific company (not mine)?

A:       You can go to the search function on the Agent Performance dashboard and search by Office Name. You can search by company or office there. 

Note: you will need to get the spelling correct. If the office is named "KW Realty" in the MLS and you search for "Keller Williams Realty" you will not find the results you are looking for.

Another way to search for agents who work at a particular office is to use the Office Name field in the "New Search" tab as follows:

1. In the dashboard select Search (the spyglass) in the left panel.
   
2. New Search screen will appear. Select any volume or production criteria then at the bottom of the screen enter the Office Name as it appears in the MLS.
   
3. Click search to retrieve the agent list.
   

Pro tip: if your search returns agents from multiple offices with similar names, copy the exact name of the office from the results and repeat the search using the exact name in Office Name.  To separate agents from multiple offices in the results screen, click on the Current Office header to sort the results.
