How do I generate a list of cobroke agents?

Relitix displays a metric for every agent in the MLS called "Co-Broke %". This represents the percentage of closings that agent had in the past 12 months with your brokerage. It can be found in the Summary tab for the agent.

We do not currently offer the ability to generate cobroke lists by closing month.

To generate a list of all agents who cobroked with your brokerage in the last 12 months, follow these steps:

1. Use Search to establish any volume, experience, or other parameters. Optionally, search the entire MLS but realize that Relitix has a 10,000 agent cap on search results.
2. Perform the search which returns the results to the grid.
3. Click on the filter icon in the upper right hand of the screen.

4. In the co-broke block enter a value in the left blank, for example "1".

5. Click Apply Filters. The results will include all agents meeting the criteria selected in the search who have done at least one transaction with your first in the last 12 months.
6. This list can be sorted by co-broke percentage. Use the gear icon to select Co-broke % as a visible field (you may have to deselect another one first) then click on the column header to sort by that column.
7. The list can be downloaded for use offline using the Download Selected button.
